ONGOING

CasinoFreePA PETITION DRIVE to REPEAL ACT 71

At least a one year moratorium on casino licensing.  A recent report from Nova Scotia indicates that at least HALF of all DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES are GAMBLING-RELATED.   There is NO proof that the slot machines in PA could pass consumer fraud laws.

A recent survey here in PA shows far higher numbers of pathological and problem gamblers than Gov. Rendell's figures.
